About this tour
Cholula is considered the oldest continuously inhabited city in the Americas, its’ history spanning more than 2500 years. Full of cultural, gastronomical and archaeological wonders. You will experience the ancient convent built on top of the pyramid. In the backdrop of this you will have the Popocatepetl volcano, one of the few active volcanoes in North America.
Let you mesmerized by the corners of Cholula, taste a local beverage and enjoy of the Tonanzintla´s church splendor, a superb sample of indigenous baroque.
Itinerary
Pick up at your Puebla´s hotel and transfer to Cholula by private car. Ascent of the Lady of the Remedies convent and visit to the great pyramid area. Tour through Cholula town and visit to the baroque church of Tonanzintla. before returning to Puebla we can stop at a “cantina” to taste a local beverage.
